Who runs this site
This site is run by Hoang Tran, trading as Osianic. For any question about your data, email hoang.tran@osianic.com.
What this site collects
Nothing. The site sets no cookies. It has no forms, no analytics and no tracking. It runs no scripts and loads nothing from other companies' servers.
The hosting provider
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider. The provider's servers may keep standard technical logs, such as a visitor's IP address and the time of a request. They do this for security and to keep the service running. I do not use those logs to identify visitors.
If you email me
Your email arrives in a Microsoft 365 mailbox. I use your name, your address and what you write only to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. I do not add you to a mailing list. I do not share or sell your details. The legal basis is legitimate interest: answering someone who has written to me.
How long I keep it
I keep an email for as long as the conversation needs it. If we go on to work together, the contract says what is kept and for how long.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hoang.tran@osianic.com and I will do it. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Client work
Evidence from clients never goes through this website. It is handled under a signed contract and a data processing agreement.
